Leather furniture adds a touch of warmth and elegance to your home. But maintaining them requires care.
Leather is a porous material and even sometimes specially formulated "leather cleaners" can be too harsh for fine leather furnishings.
For at home care, we recommend checking with the furniture manufacturer for the exact leather cleaner to use.
We recommend cleaning leather every 3 months and begin by vacuuming with the soft brush attachments. Make sure you carefully reach into corners to remove dust and dirt that has collected.
If you can't find the leather cleaner recommended by the manufacturer, we suggest mixing equal parts water and white vinegar in a bowl. Dip a soft cloth in the solution and wring so it's only slightly damp. Wipe the entire area while rinsing the cloth as needed. Use another soft cloth for drying.
When cleaning options are not able to remove stains or you'd rather have a professional care for and refresh the look of your leather, give us a call.
Our specially formulated leather cleaners are tailored to meet the various grains and types of leathers used for furniture. We can safely remove many stains including marker, wine, grease, mold and mildew. And our leather softeners and sealants will restore the luster and protect your furniture for longer lasting wear.
